Ten Light Night Stars, written by Deb Gruelle and illustrated by Gabi Murphy, is such a cute book for little ones. Recommended for children 4 to 8 years of age, I feel even the younger child will enjoy this book. This book is a beautifully illustrated board book with a soft front cover. The pages are very durable and easy to clean. The story length is just right to read to a young child or for an early reader.
The story is a rhyming poem that teaches children to count and helps them learn to establish a bedtime routine. Each set of pages is for a specific number and contains pictures of different cute animals and toys. Children will enjoy counting the gold stars out the windows in the pictures as well as picking out little things in the pictures. The pictures show a parent helping the little one get ready for bed, saying prayers, reading bedtime stories before tucking into bed. This is a cute book that will be enjoyed by young children and parents alike.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher through BookLook Bloggers. This is my honest review.
